Strawberry Social – June 22nd

The 25th Annual Strawberry Social will be held, rain or shine, on Saturday, June 22nd from Noon to 3:00 PM at the N-AHS museum, 120 High St, Newark.

Strawberry shortcakes can be enjoyed on the comfortable grounds of the museum.  If bad weather arrives, we’ll move inside.  The Loose Marbles, comprised of Marbletones’ members Fred Burgess and Jim Shear will provide the musical entertainment.  The museum’s new exhibit will be on display, along with the always fascinating permanent exhibits.  There’s no charge to take in either the museum or the music.

Strawberry shortcake will sell for $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children under 12.  We have take-out trays for people on the go.  All profits support the works of the Historical Society.

Celebrate summer in the Finger Lakes by joining us for this fundraiser and experience the pleasure of local strawberries at their peak.
