Tis the season. We are decorating the museum to give a festive air to your visit,. Gift shop items are available.
The latest addition to the gift shop is the 2023 N-AHS calendar. The theme is Jackson& Perkins Rose Gardens & Festivals. Presented in glorious color, the calendar will reveal another chapter in Newark’s history, with rose queens, princesses, parades and, of course, the rose gardens. They also sell (tax-free) at the Museum and the Public Library. They make a great gift too.

Another recent arrival in the gift shop is Doug Sloane’s interesting book, “Marble Works II, Photos by Verona Merribel Marble, 1930-1970”. This expanded version of the original Marble Works book is 46 pages larger with over 100 new photos. It’s a great trip down memory lane, and quite engaging for fans of Newark’s history.
