The Newark-Arcadia Historical Society’s 8th Annual Outdoor History Night takes place on Thursday, August 21st, at 8:00 p.m. at T. Spencer Knight Canal park, Van Buren St., Newark.
John Zornow will present a powerpoint program entitled “Newark – A True Canal Town” in celebration of the canal’s bicentennial.
Bring your lawn chairs and settle in for an enjoyable evening.. The event is free, with donations gratefully accepted. Refreshments will be available.
