There you will find unusual and sometimes unique items relating to area history.

Purchases are generally made at the museum with cash or check.  you can also order many items online.

New To the Gift Shop

Judi Palermo Shumway has recently provided us with note cards  depicting  the Fox Sisters home in Hydesville.  These complement the artist’s  “Newark Diner” note cards.  A Diner print is also available.  Each of the note card versions are $1.00 or 6 for $5.00, and include envelopes.  The Diner prints are 10 x 14 and sell for $5.00.

 

The Gift of a Newark-Historical Society Membership

In addition to our gift shop finds, you can also purchase a gift membership anytime.  Birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or just to say thanks; a Newark-Historical Society membership is the perfect gift for any occasion for friends, family, co-worker, new neighbor, etc.   When you give a gift membership, you are sharing your love of Newark’s history with another while supporting N-AHS. Your gift membership recipient will receive a year of N-AHS quarterly newsletters, including periodic additional mailings, research privileges and invite to the Annual Dinner and special events.  Contact us for more information.  You can also do this online.  Just toggle on “ship to a different address” on the checkout page, enter the recipient’s address, and  add a note  indicating that this is a gift membership.  We will notify the recipient.
