Jim Farfaglia To Speak On Dec 1

Come join us at 7 PM on Thursday, Dec. 1 for a most interesting presentation.

Central New York, a region renowned as one of the snowiest in the world, has a long and stormy relationship with its winters. Over the years, every one of its communities has found itself buried from brutal snowstorms. Jim Farfaglia’s new book, Historic Snowstorms of Central New York, covers 200 years of memorable storms. His presentation will include a PowerPoint program of photos and images from the storms and selection of survival stories collected for the book.

Jim Farfaglia, author of several books, lives in and writes about the history and traditions of Central New York.  His lively and interesting presentations are not to be missed.
